How to Install Hair Extensions

Section your hair properly as you will fit the weft in between. Use a big hair clamp to attach the upper half of your hair on the top of your head to get it out of the way. At this point, you have to get the raw virgin hair extensions ready. The wefts of hair extensions usually come with the necessary clips. Those are what you will use to attach the extensions to your natural hair. Put the first weft of hair extension between your partitioned hair and snap the clips shut.

Do the same with the rest of the weft. Create another parting for your hair, with the second one higher than the first. Clip in the rest of the wefts until you’re done. Make sure that there are no gaps and that the clips are securely in place. The weft has to lie flat against the scalp.

If in case there are side pieces included in your hair extensions, insert them just in the area just about your ear. They are designed to frame your face and blend with the rest of your hair. To remove the raw virgin hair extensions, simply take out each weft one at a time. Be careful when removing the wefts so you can still use them at a later time.
